About the Role:
As our Inventory Control Specialist, you’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate stock levels, ensuring smooth warehouse operations, and supporting the overall fulfillment process. Your ability to track, monitor, and reconcile inventory data will help us serve our customers with speed and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage stock levels across warehouse zones
• Conduct regular and spot inventory audits to ensure accuracy
• Track all incoming and outgoing inventory using our Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and report findings
• Collaborate with receiving and fulfillment teams to maintain inventory integrity
• Generate inventory reports and provide insights to management
• Ensure all inventory activities follow company and safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics (1–2 years preferred)
• Familiarity with inventory software or WMS (e.g., NetSuite, ShipHero, Zoho Inventory)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
• Basic computer skills (Excel, data entry)
